In an era of globalization universities should be at the forefront of exchanging ideas, knowledge and culture. Students that grow in this age should be capable of adapting to that new world. At the same time, internationalization will develop educational science in universities. At the University level we should create an environment that allows the students to be prepared for a world were global connections and networks are already in place.

Globalization means that students and professors should not only compete on the local level but also on the international level.
